临床用药，药物作用和新药发现国际学术研讨会(第一轮通知)

第二届药学监护专业委员会第一次学术会议

提高临床用药的药效和安全性总是药学监护的首要方面，为此，理解和阐明药物作用机制，和不断探索在分子水平上的新认识。 寻求新药和新靶点, 对改善药学监护的实施，保障人民健康，解除病痛，均很重要。 医药科学的迅猛发展和医药信息的急速增长，在基因调控,遗传缺陷，和分子生物学的知识积累，必将不断改进和充实药学监护的临床实践，导致临床用药的不断提高疗效，更有效地减少病痛，提高生活质量，使患者健康幸福生活和延长生存时间。
本次研讨会，合理使用卫生部发布的基本药物，是当前药学监护的一个重要方面， 阐明药效，和理解可能的不良反应。 着重阐明基本药物的疗效， 中药的临床疗效等。

一，会议的主题：
1， 新药研究的新动向。化学药，生物药和中药（植物药）的有效成分的发现和探索，及研究新药的新思路。
2， 心血管疾病，代谢综合症，和糖尿病的并发症和其他疾病。药物治疗的靶点和效应。
3， 基本药物的临床作用特点，及应注意的不良反应。中药复方，成药的临床药效研究。
4， 临床药代动力学，和药效学的关系。临床基因学和药动学和药效学。
5， 当前临床用药的不良反应问题探讨。
6， 医院药房工作的相关问题探索。
7， 当前医药市场中的存在问题。

二，学术研讨
1， 大会报告：25-30分钟；邀请为主。
2， 专题报告，20分钟；
3， 口头交流，10-15分钟；
4， 墙报交流。

三，摘要和回执
1， 特邀报告： 1000字的概要。
2， 专题报告,口头报告和墙报：摘要500字，幻灯片不接受800字.
3， 摘要: 目的，方法，主要发现，结论。摘要和回执，在8月30日前寄回。

四， 会议的安排；
会议由中国药理学会药学监护专业委员会，中国药科大学及南京药学会主办， 安徽医科大学承办。

International Symposium on Clinical Use and Effects of Therapeutic Agents, and new drug discovery.
The First Symposium of the Second Academic Committee of Pharmaceutical Care
of China Pharmacology Society.

Raising efficacy and safety of therapeutic agents in clinical practice is always the prime of pharmaceutical care, for this purpose an understanding of mechanisms underlying drug effects should be explored continuously getting more insights at the molecular events. Thus new targets of drug effects and new drug discovery are critical in the improved practice of pharmaceutical care in terms of relieving and recovering the sufferings of disease. Given accumulated advances in Medical-Pharmaceutical Sciences, information emerging from progresses in gene regulations, inherited defeat, and molecular biology should get better practice in serving patients to raise their health level and reducing disturbance from disease. Thus, the final goal can be achieved to improve the quality of life of patients leading to a happy and prolonged life span.
At the present symposium a rational practice of essential drugs published by The Health Bureau of China is emphasized as an important practice of pharmaceutical care by revealing the therapeutic effects and knowing the possibly adverse effects in use. In this respects, understanding therapeutic effects and indications of the Traditional Chinese Medicine are also covered and emphasized. .

1， The theme of the symposium
1) The trends in new drug discovery: Compounds from chemical synthesis, biological sources and effective components and single compound isolated from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
2) Targets and efficacy of therapeutic agents in treating cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, complications of diabetes and other disease.
3) Characteristics of effectiveness of essential drugs in clinical practice, and their possible adverse reactions. The clinical efficacy of TCM’s complex and ready made medicine.
4) Clinical pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics; clinical genomics relating to pharmacokinetics and drug effects.
5) Exploring adverse reactions and discussions.
6) Exploring pharmaceutical practice in hospital pharmacy.
7) Problems in circulation and production in pharmaceutical industry and market.

1), Plenary lecture, 25 – 30 min, invited mainly.
2) Special report, 20 min.
3) Oral presentation: 10-15min.
4) Poster exchanges;

3. Abstract and reply;
1). 1000 words for plenary lecture;
2) 500 words for special report, oral presentation and poster. Slides are not acceptable.
3) Abstract written in purpose, methods, main findings and conclusion.
4) Abstract and reply should be returned by Aug 30.
