2020 年中国药理学会定量药理学专业委员会 学术年会通知（第一轮）

由中国药理学会定量药理学专业委员会主办、郑州大学第一附属医院承办、中国临床药理学与治疗学杂志协办的定量药理学学术年会拟定于2020年11月27-28日在郑州市举行，本次会议采用线下线上相结合的方式开展。

定量药理学作为一门建模与模拟的工具学科，日益得到药品审评部门、科研院所、制药企业和医疗机构等的青睐和认可，其在新药研发和临床合理化用药两大领域发挥越来越重要的作用，积累了丰富的经验和成功案例。国内定量药理学研究在近年来也获得长足进步，国际交流日益密切，青年才俊辈出，在研发和临床应用研究不断深入，同时也涌现了一批出色的研究成果。

本次会议是中国药理学会定量药理学专业委员会的重要学术活动之一，是搭建学术交流，探讨合作，增加共识的重要平台。本次大会将聚焦三大主题①模型引导的药物开发（MIDD）；②建模和模拟在临床合理用药方面的应用；③新药早期临床试验的应用与进展。本次大会期望通过学术界、政府监管部门、企业界和医院之间的跨界交流，提供定量药理学切实解决行业问题的具体案例，打破不同专业间的学术壁垒，有效促进多学科知识的融合，让定量药理学为更多的企业、临床的同仁所认可、接受，更好地在实践中发挥作用。

本次会议将邀请NMPA、海外知名学者、学术界、企业界和医院同仁与会，将安排主旨演讲、专家讲座分享定量药理学的研究经验，同时会议设有青年论坛和壁报交流环节，为广大定量药理学的青年学者或有兴趣加入研究行列的才俊搭建学术交流平台。欢迎科研院所、制药企业、医疗机构以及技术服务机构等的各位相关专家、同行和研究生积极投稿与会，或通过研究成果、应用案例分享经验、讨论问题。诚挚地邀请您届时参加！

二、征稿要求

1. 凡未公开发表并于上述议题相关的研究内容研究论文、专题报告、综述及评述等均可投稿，诚邀定量药理学应用案例。

2. 格式要求：按照一般学术杂志的投稿要求，摘要另页书写，包括题目、目的、方法、结果、结论、关键词。字数不超过500 字；英文摘要包括相应内容。研究论文全文不超过5000 字。

3. 请以WORD 格式投稿，谢绝纸版投稿，投稿邮件请务必注明“2020年定量药理学会年会征文”字样。投稿邮箱: pcp2020@126.com，截止日期：2020年10月30日。

4. 本届大会设优秀壁报奖，参选人年龄应为45岁以下（1975年12月31日以后出生），请于2020年10月30日前提交壁报PDF格式电子版至组委会邮箱：pcp2020@126.com，壁报与投稿内容对应或一致。

5.壁报要求：语言，中英文均可或中英文对照；尺寸，宽60cm*高90cm，壁报的顶端是与提交的摘要一致的题目和作者的姓名、单位；文本大小和图解的清晰程度要在2m距离处看得足够清晰；壁报请按以上格式制作，并由作者自行打印，组委会在会前统一分配序号。

2020 Annual Meeting of the Quantitative Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society

(First Round)

2020 Annual Meeting of Quantitative Pharmacology is planned to be held in Zhengzhou, China on November 27-28, 2020. This conference is sponsored by the Quantitative Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, undertaken by the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and co-organized by the Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. The meeting will be conducted in a combination of online and offline.

Quantitative pharmacology, as a tool discipline of modeling and simulation, has been increasingly used by authorities, scientific research institutes, pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions. It plays an increasingly important role in new drug research and development and clinical rational use. Quantitative pharmacology research in China has made great progress in recent years, international exchanges are increasingly close, a number of outstanding research results have emerged.

This conference is one of the important academic activities of the Quantitative Pharmacology Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmacological Society. It is an important platform for building academic exchanges, discussing cooperation, and increasing consensus. The conference will focus on three themes: ①Model-informed drug development (MIDD); ②Application of modeling and simulation in clinical rational use of drugs; ③Application and progress of early clinical trials of new drugs. This conference is expected to provide specific cases of quantitative pharmacology to solve industry problems, to break down academic barriers between different disciplines, and to promote the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge effectively.

This conference will invite NMPA, well-known overseas scholars, academics, pharmaceutical companies, and hospital colleagues to participate in the conference. Keynote speeches and expert lectures will be arranged to share the research experience of quantitative pharmacology. Meanwhile, youth forum and poster exchange link will be set up to build an academic exchange platform for young scholars of quantitative pharmacology or talents interested in joining the research ranks. All relevant experts, peers and graduate students from scientific research institutes, pharmaceutical enterprises, medical institutions and technical service institutions are welcome to contribute to the conference, or share experiences and discuss problems through research results and application cases. 1. Conference content

Topics include (but not limited to) the following directions:

l Application of quantitative pharmacology in clinical trials of new drugs: value

l Requirements for quantitative pharmacology in the process of drug review

l Application of modeling and simulation in clinical individualized drug use

l Model-based meta-analysis and new drug evaluation

l Application of quantitative pharmacology in consistency evaluation

l Modeling and simulation study case during early drug clinical trials

l Modeling and simulation study case during confirmatory clinical trials

l Application of artificial intelligence (machine learning) in drug development and clinical rational use

l Other hot spots in quantitative pharmacology (C-QTc and pediatric trial design, etc.)

2. Call for papers

l All research papers, special reports, reviews and reviews that have not been published and related to the above topics can be submitted. Quantitative pharmacology application cases are invited.

l Format requirements: In accordance with the submission requirements of general academic journals, the abstract should be written on a separate page, including the title, purpose, method, results, conclusions, and keywords. The word count should not exceed 500 words; the English abstract includes the corresponding content. The full text of the research paper should not exceed 5000 words.

l Please submit papers in WORD format. Paper submissions are not accepted. Please be sure to indicate "Call for Papers for the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Quantitative Pharmacology Society" in the submission email. Submission email: pcp2020@126.com, deadline: October 30, 2020.

l This conference will set up an excellent poster award. The candidate should be under the age of 45 (born after December 31, 1975). Please submit the PDF electronic version of the poster to mail address of pcp2020@126.com before October 30, 2020.

l Poster requirements: language, Chinese or English; size, 60cm*90cm (width* height), the top of the poster is the title and the author names; It is clear enough to see at a distance of 2m; the poster should be prepared in the above format and printed by the author. The organizing committee will assign a serial number before the meeting.

The conference is planned to be held in Zhengzhou, China on November 27-28, 2020. This meeting will be conducted in a combination of offline and online. Please refer to the second round of notice for the specific location of the meeting and academic report requirements.
