Online registration and payment by credit card is strongly recommended. Participants who complete advance registration process (Before July 31, 2009) will benefit from the lower costs. The registration fee includes the welcoming reception, coffee breaks, lunch, all technical sessions and admission to all the exhibitions and activities.

1) Period for online registration of participation
Start of registration: 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 21, 2009
Deadline for registration: 12:00 noon on Sunday, August 30, 2009 Registration and payment cannot be made after the deadline for advance registration. Registration after that date will be required on the day.

2) Participation registration fee:

3) Abstract submission:
The abstract should be submitted by e-mail to the following address: zhouwx@nic.bmi.ac.cn; jennifer-jn@126.com. All the abstracts will be presented in poster format, except for those selected as oral presentations. The format of the poster is 110 cm high and 80 cm wide. Participation registration will be completed after the administrative office has confirmed that the indicated sum has been paid.

4) Cancellation and Refunds:
Notification for cancellation should be sent in writing (fax or email) to the 1st World Conference on the Pharmacology of Natural and Traditional Medicines Secretariat. The registration fee will be refunded after the Conference according to the following rules:
